IBM and Blogging

Today IBM, the company I work for announced an internal initiative for blogging. The provided link regarding this issue not only points out the challenges, but potential benefits of taking steps forward into the worldwide community of blogging.

Very interesting to say in the least, as the guidelines provide the opportunity to use external sources of blog software, much like the one I currently under-utilize here.

Time will tell, but I would like to utilize this for my team, in order to not only impart additional information to make our customer base successful, but to provide customers with additional outlets of communication with our support teams. We shall see.
