Site upgraded!

It’s been a long weekend already but seeing that i’ve already made a number of changes to the site, it was only appropriate to finish it up with upgrading to the newly released WordPress 2.5.

The changes are many. First I tied in my little used Twitter account into the website and my new blackberry so that I can send up to the minute messages on what i’m doing to the site if I so choose. Next I added some social bookmarks for more visibility. I also added two or three additional pieces on the backend (stats, SEO package, etc) and finally I cleaned up some old stale links that no longer worked. Overall a very busy time for my little used blog. A few things aren’t working yet with the upgrade, most notably my quotes file. I hope to get it going again and add a few more additions. The main thing is to utilize it more which I often plan to do with high hopes. Anyway just glad that I got the upgrade done!
