It seems to me that the tablet is gaining ground on the laptop that only professionals are now using laptops. One tablet user said that the tablet is more portable since it is light unlike the laptop which is big in size and heavy. For ordinary users especially for use in social media and simple games, the tablet is preferred by many over the laptop. So I guess there is a trend for the tablet to overtake the laptop in terms of popularity. What’s going great for the tablet is its similarity to the smart phone so the user will have no trouble in adapting for the tablet is just like a bigger phone unlike the laptop which is a real computer.

When I was going to buy my first laptop, I was looking at all that was available for a computer at home. I decided that I like laptops better for I like the big size, so I can comfortably use the computer. I love the portability of a tablet, but I bought a laptop. Some say you can do the same things on a tablet as a laptop, but guess it's what you'd like in a computer to get a tablet or laptop.

I think no matter how much tablet making firms try, they will never surpass the laptop. This is because a tablet is mostly a phone but bigger in size. Its capabilities are still limited. With a tablet, you are limited to applications. This makes me hate the tablet since it is monotonous. If it is just for simple uses like replying to emails and accessing social media, a tablet would be ideal. However, if it is about more complicated office work, a laptop is the best tool.

I never really bought the idea of a tablet. I would rather use a smart phone than a tablet. I mean, they just work the same but the tablet is way enormous than a phone. At least I can keep my phone in my pocket. Now in terms of stuff you can do, even if I would be checking emails or social media accounts, I still prefer using a PC or a laptop since they are more convenient to use. I have a hard time typing in a tablet.

I'm going to choose a laptop over a tablet because of the various things I can do with a laptop. I use my laptop more than my smartphone since I use it for work as well unlike tablets. Having a tablet doesn't have much difference when you have a smartphone since the main thing that would only differ would be the screen size.

Tablets are quite underpowered when compared to laptops and desktops. You also can't use that thing for heavy typing, which I always do, even if I'm only chatting with my friends on Facebook. So the tablet will only be my 2nd choice, and my preferred gadget to use will always be a laptop or desktop.

My laptop broke down but instead of spending a fortune, I bought a mini-computer which is just a tablet with a keyboard and it feels great. Some of the reasons are the tablet is lighter and has a better battery life as well-also it has better apps. You can always use a cloud online for storage and new technology is changing-so it makes things easier every day and its more OTG(on the go) which gives you a certain freedom.

The fan thing that captures me on a Tablet while gaming is that criteria that I turn direction/position the moment I bend the tablet to the side/direction I wanna my car move! I just find it revolutionary, and fan..

But I'd go for a PC and modern consoles. For just many reasons, you know..

Both have their own individuality and importance. Tablets are an easy means of accessing the internet at any place. They have a more convenient and easy portability when compared to laptops. For me the greatest advantage of tablets is the bed side reading of my e- books. But there are many aspects where laptops win the race. Working on a tablet can be cumbersome especially if one has to deal with some copy paste work. Moreover those with a habit of typing with a keyboard face great difficulty in typing via a touch pad. Moreover there is a wide difference between working on a touch screen and working using keyboard and mouse controls.
